In the 2004 - 2005 school year, all Grade 9 all students at ISNA High School study the following eight core subjects:

Introduction to Information Technology in Business, BTT10

Principles of Mathematics, MPM1D
Science, SNC1D
Islamic Studies, HRE13

Course offerings for Grade 10 students include:

Canadian History in the Twentieth Century, CHC2D
Civics, CHV20 (0.5 credit)
Arabic (Level 2), LYA2D, LYB2D
English, ENG2D
Career Studies, GLC20 (0.5 credit)
Healthy Active Living Education, PPL20 
Principles of Mathematics, MPM2D
Science, SNC2D
Islamic Studies (Level 2), HRE23

Grade 11 students study the following compulsory subjects:

English, ENG3U 
Functions and Relations, MCR3U 

Students choose up to six additional courses from the following course offerings:

Introduction to Financial Accounting, BAF3M
Introduction to Marketing, BM13C
Understanding Canadian Law, CLU3M
Biology, SB13U

Grade 12 students are required to study the course English, ENG 4U. In addition they must choose a minimum of five elective courses from the following course offerings:
